When going through menopause you can expect plenty of menopause symptoms mood swings. While they don’t sound particularly fun, at least they single the end of the thing that’s been plaguing you for most of your life: your period. The cause of your mood swings is your fluctuating hormones which can and will result in a variety of different symptoms.
